1. Who is park4night?

APPMOBILEDITION, headquartered in Saint-Péray (07130, France), is a company that has developed an application enabling users to share parking spaces for motorhomes, camper vans and vans. As a data controller, APPMOBILEDITION gives a particular importance to personal data protection through its activities, and respects legislation and regulation about it.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to describe all the data processings realised by APPMOBILEDITION and to inform data subjects of any information they need to know.

2. Data processing realised by APPMOBILEDITION

By using the park4night website, you may be required to send us information which may identify you and constitute personal data.

As a Data Controller, APPMOBILEDITION determines the purposes and means of the data processings within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation. Every processing complies with the principles of data minimization, transparency and limited retention.

When your data is collected, you will be informed which of it is compulsory or optional. Data identified by an asterisk on the collection form is mandatory. Failure to comply with this request may restrict use of the site.

We work with third party companies who may have access to your Data, in particular IT service providers.

We only provide them with the Data they need to carry out the services we entrust to them, and we require that they do not use your Data for any other purpose. APPMOBILEDITION stores personal data for the purposes of managing its day-to-day business and for hosting purposes in an OVH datacenter in France.

APPMOBILEDITION ensures that your data is adequately protected and that technical and organisational security measures are set up to protect your data and guarantee its availability, confidentiality and integrity. In particular, it uses data encryption.

It is also important that you maintain the confidentiality of your identifiers in order to prevent unauthorised use of your online account.

Your data will only be transferred to authorised personnel whose activity justifies access to the information.

The privacy policy is regularly updated, according to personal data processing evolutions realised by the company. If applicable, we will change the date of update. We advise you to visit this website page regularly in order to be aware of any privacy policy update.
